1 - Name of your suggestion - Add Pac3 2 - Basic outline of the suggestion - It's a thing where you can add to your player model, with weapons on your back and such. Also, have it so players would need to apply to get it as it could crash the server. 3 - What the suggestion could change - Let players make themselves unique to an extent and give people stuff to do in free time where there are no events or sims. 4 - Would anything need adding to the server for it to work? Yes, PAC3 would need to be added 5 - Did anyone else help you come up with this idea? - No, just had it on another server and I had a lot of fun with it.

Definitely a +1 on this suggestion, when used right pac3 can add alot of creative freedom to the server but I would advise having an application thread for it tho.

[size=200][color=#c0392b]-1[/color][/size] PAC3 causes more problems than is really needed. Honestly all I have seen it used for is minging, and the things that were pretty cool are extremely laggy/can lead to extreme cases of power gaming. The only benefit is that things can look cool(cooler?). We have all we need and the only things I see being made will not backup our recently established SeriousRP setting.
